The Team
The Varsity Girls Lacrosse team at Woodside High School is a rapidly growing program at Woodside High School. The Girls Varsity Lacrosse team made history in the 2016 season by winning the West Bay Athletic League's Skyline Division Championship for the first time in team history. The team has continued to earn the Skyline Division Champion title in the 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023 seasons. They made their first appearance in the Central Coast Section (CCS) Playoffs as the 8th seed in 2022 and their second appearance as the 10th seed in 2023.

Woodside plays in the West Bay Athletic League in the Skyline Division. In the 2024 lacrosse season, Woodside will get the opportunity to play: Burlingame, Carlmont, Sequoia, Woodside Priory, and Hillsdale; as well as several non-league teams this upcoming season.
The Varsity and JV girls practices are held on the Woodside High School turf football field or softball field, from 5:30-7:30 on Mondays-Fridays during season. All home games will be held on the turf football field at Woodside High School.

The Coaches
Stacey Myers
The 2024 lacrosse season will be Stacey's twelfth season as head coach at Woodside High School. Stacey began her lacrosse career at Woodside High School and went on to play lacrosse for the WCLA National Champion lacrosse team at UC Davis from 2008-2012. Stacey has played all lacrosse field positions, but played primarily midfield. She was awarded the USA Lacrosse Coach of the Year Award in 2022. Stacey completed her Masters degree in Special Education and is a Reading Specialist in Palo Alto Unified School District.
Kevin Miller
The 2024 lacrosse season will be Kevin's twelfth season as assistant coach for Woodside High School Varsity team. Kevin has never played lacrosse, but loves all sports and played football, basketball, and baseball in high school. Kevin has taken on the responsibility of coaching Woodside's goalies and has impressed the league by turning out amazing goalies every year. Kevin currently works for a tech company based out of London.
